Air Cooled Condensers
Air cooler condensers are especially suitable for liquefaction of turbine exhaust steam at vacuum conditions. The use of low-noise fans enables Hamworthy to install air cooled condensers near residential areas.
Water Cooled Condensers
Condensing with water is the most cost effective solution; Hamworthy’s water cooled condensers can be cooled both by fresh water, cooling tower water, river water and by sea water.
Apart from the supply of apparatus Hamworthy also offers a supply of complete condenser installations including all the necessary aggregates such as evacuating systems, condensate pumps, condensate level control and safety valve.
