Hamworthy Svanehøj’s deepwell ballast pumps have been installed on a number of FPSOs.
The deepwell ballast pump is a single suction in-line centrifugal pump, designed for a reliable and efficient operation and consists of a submerged pump head, transmission to deck and electric motor.
The pump is designed for DOL starting and can also be operated with frequency converter or other means of variable speed regulation.
