The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the sucessful completion of assigned projects, technically and commercially, for both retrofit and newbuild applications. This requires both a solid technical understanding and the ability to run several projects in parallel in a structured and efficient manner.
Key responsibilities:
• Primary responsibility for the project management
• Establishing and monitoring the project plan
• Cost control
• Liasing with and co-ordinating internal resources
• Follow-up and monitor sub-suppliers
• Customer communication throughout the project execution phase
• Establish and implement work processes and procedures
Background and skills:
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Chemistry
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Excellent project management qualities, ability to motivate the project team members.
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English, both oral and written.
• Competitive attitude, drive to deliver results
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive and optimistic
